Are Secret Agent a Buyers Advocate or Buyers Agent?
We are both, they are synonymous terms. In fact we also often referred to as Buyer Advocates, Buyer Agents, Buyers Advocates and Buyers Agents! So many combinations that at times we don’t know how best to describe ourselves. The reality is, these terms are just labels. What we do is help buyers find great property, whether home or investment.

What Auction Services Do You Offer?
Secret Agent offers two distinct services.

2. Auction bidding/ negotiation only services were we help you with: Auction bidding, property acquisition strategy, pre and post auction offers, tenders plus direct private negotiation. Our aim is to help you for for less and not overpay for property.

Does Secret Agent represent clients from outside of Melbourne
We certainly do. In fact a great deal of our clients are from outside Melbourne and choose Secret Agent as their Buyers Advocate for that very reason. Inner city Melbourne is a great place to invest in real estate. Yet it’s hard enough to research good properties when you live here, let alone when you do not. Many of our clients retain Secret Agent to scout, analyse and negotiate a final price for a Melbourne real estate purchase without ever venturing to Melbourne to even view the property.
