Paul Osborne E-mail

Paul has transferred his focus from being a highly sought-after real estate agent to founding one of Melbourne’s premier buyer advocate services.

Paul explains that ‘a real need for an agent acting exclusively for the buyer was the reason why I decided to enter the buyer advocate business. I had become disillusioned with the many times I had seen a prospective buyer miss out on the home of their dreams, or pay far more than they should have to, simply because they did not have a skilled advocate acting in their best interests’.

Having come full-circle in the real estate industry by beginning as a sales person, Paul progressed quickly to being the head auctioneer for his office where he lead in every facet.

He says that ‘being an auctioneer has helped me to understand the art of auction tactics, and also the all-critical negotiation afterwards, where the real battle can be won or lost from the buyer’s perspective’.

Now Paul has decided to focus his talents and energies towards assisting the buyer, and the buyer alone, so that ordinary buyers, no matter their origins, can buy the properties that they aspire towards.
When Paul does find a moment to relax you can find him 5am Sunday morning down the coast having a ‘surf’ or simply enjoying a little lunch down at federation square or a quick espresso in Rathdowne Street!
