With an expectant election somewhere in October, the property market will hit an interesting period in terms of auctions.
Most people are cautious and conservative in holding an auction when an election happens. We've also had a few changes in leadership, so this
election will be a little different to past ones.
From a buyer perspective, this should yield plenty of opportunity. The economy will be a hot topic as concerns in Europe, America and China
are looked into heavily. Jitters will be expected.
